Common questions

Before you call.

Why is my bill still high after installing solar?
Usually one of three things: the system was undersized for your actual load, your inverter is oversized for your daytime usage (so it clips), or the batteries are draining because the grid is unstable. We audit before we quote, which is why our systems cut bills 50-92%.
Do I need batteries if I just want to cut my bill?
No. Pure on-grid / grid-tie systems export surplus to the utility and you get credited via net metering. Batteries add cost and only make sense if you need backup during outages or you have poor grid reliability.
How long until the system pays for itself?
Most Cebu households see payback in 4-6 years depending on the tariff. After payback, electricity is essentially free for the remaining 15-20 year panel life. We will model your specific payback during the free site survey.
Do you handle the net metering paperwork?
Yes. We file the application with your electric cooperative (VECO, MECO, or others), coordinate the meter swap, and follow up until you receive your net metering credit on every bill.
